 IMPORTANT ISSUES WHILE YOU REZ A BOX

YOUR BOX DISAPPEARS?
1- If the box disappears while you rez it don't panic.

All you have to do is make a relog and when you log in again the item will be in your Lost and Found folder OR another folder in your recent inventory.  

 

MISSING APPLIER?
2- Always remember when you rez a box with contents to see inside the contents of the folder of the item (while on edit) to see if all the appliers are moved to your inventory, because some appliers need to be no copy, no modify, no transfer (with no rights this is an SL bug) so you have to move them yourself in the folder of the tattoo. 

For Solve this, please perform the following operation.

*rez your box ON THE FLOOR.

*right-click on it.

*make an edit.   *see inside.

YOU NEED MORE HELP? 

if these tips do not work for you, you no longer have the box, the box does not reappear when you come back online, or that the appliers have been lost, in any case, contact us, we will give you the box again.
Give us some time to answer because we are sometimes AFK in real life, so do not hesitate to ask several times because a message can be lost.

Trick:

* Never rez a box on the mesh floor, because sometimes it disappears or goes under the mesh.

* If you have problems to open a scripted box, put it on the ground, right-click and let load the contents then open the box manually.
